We’re hiring a Field Deployment Engineer to execute on-site demonstrations, perform operational checks and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role focused on installation quality and system setup. You’ll work closely with our engineering and development teams to ensure demos are clean, consistent, and reliable.
- Has technical training in mechanical, electrical, robotics, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in installing or servicing connected hardware systems.
- Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in hardware installation or similar hands-on technical work.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software.
- Can follow installation documentation.
- Approaches troubleshooting logically and knows when to escalate more complex issues.
- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Has a drivers license.
- Comfortable with business travel.
