Overview

Marduk Technologies focuses on the development of electro-optical systems for drone detection, classification, and targeting. Our products combine precision mechanics, electronics, and sensing to counteract UAV's. As our Business Development Lead, you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth, navigating the complex landscape of global defense and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and penetrate new geographical markets and sectors (Defense, Law Enforcement, Critical Infrastructure).
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, and strategic integrators.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and high-stakes demonstrations to navigating complex procurement processes.
  • Represent Marduk at major international defense exhibitions and industry forums.
  • Act as the bridge between the market and our R&D team, ensuring our product roadmap stays ahead of evolving threats.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development or strategic sales, ideally within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
  • A fast and adaptable nature.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to open doors in highly regulated or closed markets.
  • Full readiness for frequent international travel to meet clients and partners.
  • Comfortable discussing complex electro-optical and sensing technologies.
  • Fluency in English and Estonian; other languages are a plus.
